Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the UK, to the EU, and Internationally to a number of countries.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the total value of your order. You can view the shipping cost options in the shipping rates calculator in your shopping cart.

UK customers have the shipping options of Royal Mail Insured & Signed For, (for orders up to 200 picks), and Royal Mail Special Delivery. EU Customers have the shipping options of Royal Mail International Standard, (for orders up to 100 picks), and Royal Mail International Insured, Tracked & Signed, International orders are via Royal Mail Insured, Tracked & Signed.

 All orders are duty paid within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU will be subject to local taxes on delivery. 

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders will be processed in Pounds (GBP).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Custom Pick Order Lead Times

UK: 14 to 21 days*

EU/International: 21 to 28 days*

*When a custom pick orders is placed, we will always supply you with a digital print proof of your picks for you to approve prior to printing, to ensure the picks meet your exact requirements. Delivery lead times are based from when orders are approved.

We do our best to meet these delivery times, occasionally the volume of orders in our system may affect the delivery date, and around Public Holidays order lead times could be longer. If so, we will keep you informed via email.

You can also enter your order deadline in the 'Extra Comments' box when ordering. We will always try to accommodate rush orders. If you have a specific deadline, or you would like to place a large order of over 2000 picks, please contact us before you order. 

Online Store Order Lead Times

Orders from the online store usually ship within 2 business days, unless it is out of stock - in which case we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

Can I print anything I want on my picks?

You can have any image printed on your picks, including photography, artwork, text and logos. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to print the content you submit.

Can I split custom pick order requirements, eg. various gauges or pick colours?

Yes, your order can contain up to three different gauges or pick colours, if you need to keep your all your guitarists and bassists happy.  However your printed artwork cannot be changed within the one order. You may request various pick colours or gauges in the "Extra Order Details" text box when placing your order.

What if I do not want to order via the website?

If you would like to place an order you can contact us via email with your order requirements. If you would like a custom pick digital print proof produced prior to ordering, there is a £5 charge, which will be deducted from your order.

If you are unsure if your artwork will look good on a pick, or you have any other questions, contact us via email, and you can also email us your artwork to view.

Will my artwork look good on my picks?

We always email you a digital print proof of your pick design for you to approve prior to printing your picks, so you can see exactly how your picks will look. 

When you are creating your design, keep in mind that a pick is only about 3 centimetres square. Fine lines and small text will not print very well and may come out slightly blurry, or bleed together.

If you are unsure if your artwork will look good on a pick, simply upload what you have, and when we produce your digital print proof we can advise you. Alternatively, you can contact us via email and send us your artwork to view.

What if I don't receive the digital proof from you?

We will always email you a digital print proof of your custom guitar picks, straps or mosaics. If you don't receive one from us within 48 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends), please check your spam or junk mail folders before contacting us via email.

Do you sell blank picks?

We can supply blank picks on request, the minimum quantity is 100 picks, for more information please contact us 

Will the print scratch or rub off?

One of the reasons we only use Celluloid, Delrinex and G-Poly is because they are the picks that ink adheres to the best. The print will last for a very long time, and you'll have to start scraping the plastic off before you lose the print!

My design is very detailed. How will it look on a pick?

When you are creating your design, keep in mind that a pick is only about 3 centimetres square. Fine lines and small text will not print very well and may come out slightly blurry, or bleed together.

Can I put a photographic image on my picks?

Yes. Almost anything you can print with your printer at home, we can print onto a pick. Photos are a great idea for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, you name it!

Can I have a different design on each side of my pick?

Yes, our double-sided prices cover having the same, or different images on each side of your picks.

Can you make a custom shape or custom moulded guitar pick for me?

Sorry, no. It's very expensive to make a custom moulded picks.

What if I am not happy with my custom picks, straps or mosaic?

We want you to love your order, so all you need to do is contact us within 30 days of receiving them to let us know you would like to return your order and why. Unfortunately we don't accept returns if you simply change your mind, only if there has been a printing error or we supplied the wrong type of product. Can I return products ordered from the online store?

Yes, if you are not happy with your products please contact us to let us know within 30 days. You will just need to return the products to us at your own expense, and we will give you a full refund on the cost of the products.
