We prefer vector based artwork when possible such as .eps, .ai and .pdf files. When supplying vector files please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines, and if possible please supply the file with 2mm bleed. (In Adobe Illustrator: Type > Create Outlines).
We also accept .jpg images as well as .eps and .psd files, (not PNG file formats).
Please make sure your files are high resolution 300dpi, and at least 10cm square in size.
Photographic artwork should be supplied in CMYK format if possible.
Please note: Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents are not acceptable.
The maximum acceptable file size for your artwork is 15MB.
If you would like to add text you can choose a font from this website: www.dafont.com or let us know what you'd like written in the 'Extra Order Details' text box when ordering.
If you require specific PMS colours please type the information in the 'Extra Order Details' box.
For Pantone colours we require the Pantone C Solid Coated colour number. If colour accuracy is essential, (for example, to meet Brand Guidelines), we advise you to please contact us via email prior to ordering.
When a custom pick order is placed, we always email you a digital print proof of your pick design for you to approve within 48 hours, prior to printing your picks, to ensure that your picks always meet your exact requirements.
When you are creating your pick design, please keep in mind that a pick is only about 3 centimetres square. If you are unsure if your artwork will be suitable you can contact us via email and send us your artwork to view.
It is not a necessity that you use pick templates to submit your artwork, however if you wish to use them they can be downloaded below.
